It was easy to put together and my son has loved it so far. It rides smoothly and fits him perfectly.

Can't recommend ordering online directly from Woom, not a Happy Child experience like on the box. Instead of 2-3 days, the package was delivered after 4 days, the box was apparently opened by the warehouse and sloppily glued shut due to accessories, there is in fact no final inspection and we were missing the saddle, which was then delivered only a week later. Even the thread of a screw to the pastry carrier months is not properly processed, after consultation with customer service, I can repair this in a specialist shop and send the invoice. It's a pity that quality is obviously being saved here because it's manufactured in distant Vietnam, recommend a bicycle shop if you calculate effort and time.

We've loved Woom for 6 years, but the colors for the 5 series we need now are simply too boring. Unfortunately, the 4 series is much too small, so we are considering switching to another brand just because of the boring colors of the 5 series. Neither we nor the child like the colors and that's exactly why many of our acquaintances change. It's a shame actually...

Actually we do not have any doubt to buy another woom for my eldest daughter growing up. We have 4 wooms bike and very happy.

This is our family's 5th Woom bike, my kids have enjoyed them so far, but has the quality started to go down? There is a giant yellow sticker that shows "This way forward" that is helpful when building the bike, but it does not come off. After picking at it for a while, it left a huge sticker residue. Same for the "L" and "R" stickers on the pedals. Also, the brake / shifting cables are just zip tied to the frame... For the premium price you would expect more than zip ties and assembly stickers that don't come off.

The rear wheel has both a side impact and an elevation impact. Even with the last bike I bought from you, I had to re-center both tires. Back then I thought that would definitely be an exception, but the quality often doesn't seem to be that high. My son complained to me: “Dad, the bike is jumping! ”

Like our WOOM 3 and WOOM 4 before, the bike is simply great. Unfortunately it arrived much too late. Although a delivery time of 3-4 working days was stated on the order page, it only arrived about 10 days after our son's birthday, i.e. only more than 3 weeks after the order was placed. Sure... Christmas was also in the meantime, but then the delivery time on the website would have to be adjusted. Otherwise everything was great.

We have had our kids on Wooms since they could throw a leg over the Woom 1. They all went straight to pedals and have been confident riders. I just got my 8 year old a Woom Explore 5 and she absolutely loves it. She feels stronger transitioning from asphalt to gravel, riding in the dirt, and tackling hills. She loves the new paddle shifters instead of having to rotate the hand grip. She didn't have enough grip strength to easily shift on the 4, but it's easy now. Would definitely buy again!

As expected, the Woom 5 is being enjoyed by my 8 year old granddaughter. The build was very easy and the packing protected the parts well during shipping. Our third Woom bike, only time a part was not included. The front reflector was missing the loop piece that goes around the handlebars. I searched all the packaging and the bike and it was not included. The rear reflector had all of its parts but couldn't be installed yet with the seat fully down.

Bike was nicely packaged and arrived very quickly. Assembly took 15 minutes, and that was with my kiddo helping out, probably would have taken 5 minutes less if it were just me. There are 3 bolts to tighten and then one wheel and two pedals to install. Inflate the tires and go. Adjusting to size might take an additional 10 minutes, but the handle bar position was great out of the box for us. The bike itself is great: perfect geometry for a comfortable and efficient pedal stroke, noticeably lighter than competitor bikes, quality (ish) components that operate smoothly, and a modern aesthetic that my kid thinks cool. Most importantly, my kid absolutely loves riding this bike.

My wife ordered and I can spend my Sunday screwing the crap together “in a few simple steps.” I'm annoyed and wouldn't order it again like that. 2 points because the child likes it.

Great bike by all means. My son loves it, and must say I like too. Only down side is that I'm asked all the time to go biking regardless of the weather.

From balance bikes to Explorer bikes, we are big Woom Bike fans! Super quality!
