Extend your warranty from 2 to 10 years!
It's our mission to inspire as many children as possible to love riding their bikes. That's why we guarantee the premium quality of every woom bike down to the last detail with innovative technology and long-lasting materials.
We're so confident about the quality of our bikes that we offer our standard 2-year warranty on frames and components for all new bikes automatically from the day of purchase.
Members of our woom Riders Club also have the option of extending their warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free.
2-year warranty on new bikes as standard
Our standard warranty covers the frame and components on new woom bikes automatically for 24 months from the day of purchase in the event of material defects and production faults.
This warranty does not cover signs of normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. It applies only to private end consumers.
The warranty does not apply to end consumers using a woom bike for their work, such as at a nursery or playgroup.
The warranty applies internationally with the purchase receipt and can be transferred. It is tied to the product and not a person.
Legal warranty rights remain unaffected.
Register online to extend your woom bike warranty to 10 years
You can extend the standard 2-year warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free.
To extend your warranty, you'll need to join our woom Riders Club and register your woom bike online within 9 weeks of buying it – and provide proof of purchase.
If you have more than one woom bike in your family, you'll need to register each of them separately for the extended warranty.
Just like the standard 2-year warranty, the extended 10-year warranty does not cover signs of normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
It applies internationally but only to private end consumers, can be transferred and is tied to the product and not a person.
Legal warranty rights remain unaffected by the 10-year warranty.
Have you found something wrong with your woom bike?
If you do find a material defect or production fault despite our commitment to the highest quality standards, you have two options to choose from:
- You can get in touch with an authorized woom dealer (ideally go back to the dealer you bought your woom bike from in the first place).
- Did you order your woom bike from the woom online shop or have you bought a used bike? Contact us directly and tell us about the problem. The best way to do this is by filling in the contact form on our website. Select the "Warranty or defect" option in the drop-down menu and send us the frame number, proof of purchase, proof of service (only required for used bikes) and photos or videos clearly showing the fault.
If the fault is covered by the 2-year or 10-year warranty, you can count on us or the woom dealer to repair or replace the faulty parts subject to availability.
