And yes, we're on first-name terms with everyone that's along for the ride, from interns up to management. That's why, starting with this application process, we invite you to engage with us as equals.
We're woomsters.

Here, it's not about your resume.
Our top priority is hiring individuals whose values align with ours. We don't expect the "right" person to arrive as the full package – you can learn the relevant skills with us. If you're interested in working here at woom, then we'd love to receive your application.
Gaps in your resume or previous career changes are welcome. After all, such experiences can often be the most rewarding in life.
When it comes to the woom team, we care about each individual. That's why we make sure everyone gets space to grow and a platform to develop at woom.
Our three brand values
Joy
Picture a child riding independently for the first time – now translate that joy into the attitude we bring to the office (or virtual office) every day. We make bikes that make children smile, so why shouldn't we feel the same?
Courage
In the same way a child hops without hesitation onto their new bike, we tackle every task with fearless enthusiasm. We think big, turn ideas into reality, and let courage fuel innovation. Because innovation is the foundation of our success.
Responsibility
Our child-specific bikes are designed to make cycling safer and more fun. This immense responsibility guides our decisions and actions every day.

Why woom?

"By the age of 8, my youngest son still hadn't shown any interest in riding a bike. When I started at woom, I figured it was time to give it another go, so I brought a woom bike home from work for him. He got on it and started riding, just like that. I find it exceptionally motivating knowing that I'm contributing towards getting more children excited to ride their bikes."
Kristin Thomseth

"The density of inspiring people with extraordinary talents at woom is pretty mind-blowing. I'm constantly learning new things from colleagues. It's so valuable to be able to look outside of the cycling industry and strive to set new standards. I only have to glance at my son these days to see what sort of a positive impact my work has. I've landed in my dream role!"
Andrii Novoshynskyi

"If there are two things I particularly appreciate at woom it's the readiness to adopt new technologies when it comes to business intelligence and the international working environment and culture. Through collaborating with other departments, I'm able to get a really clear picture of how the whole business operates, which is really exciting. But the most important thing is witnessing a child smile the first time they see their woom bike!"
