EU countries & United Kingdom

woom offers free shipping to Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK on orders over €59/£40. Shipping for orders under €59/£40 costs €5/£5.

For all other countries the following shipping costs apply:

Accessories: €5/£5
woom ORIGINAL and woom NOW: €19/£16
woom OFF, woom OFF AIR and woom UP: €29/£25


Costs for shipping to an island may vary.


woom has dedicated online shops for certain countries, including Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. Make sure that you're in the relevant country shop when placing your order. If you wish to place an order for a country that doesn't have its own woom shop, please order through the international shop.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free when you spend over CHF 59. Shipping for orders under CHF 59 costs CHF 5*.

You will not have to pay any export, import or customs duties. We will cover the cost of sending items back to us if you want to return or exchange them or if they were damaged during shipping.
