Our commitments

Cycling Industry Climate Commitment

This initiative requires bike brands to commit to taking action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adopting a more sustainable business model. woom signed in May 2022.

Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)

The SBTi helps businesses to set science-based CO2 emissions reduction targets. The reduction target set by woom has been approved by the SBTi and published on its website since 2022.

Sustainable Development Goals

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN provide a blueprint for addressing global challenges such as climate change, inequality and pollution. woom has committed to seven of the SDGs – 3, 5, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 17.*
