For the price, I would have expected a perfect bike. Unfortunately, the front tire is so eighth that the brake is constantly grinding. Not accommodating from Woom.

Easy for kids
Since Woom 5 and 6 Explore, my children have enjoyed cycling voluntarily and so the investment has really paid off.
I'm sure it's a great bike. But why do you sell a youth bike without lighting, without a bell, simply bare?! Where is the security???
Hi Olli, Thanks for your feedback. We can absolutely understand your surprise — when you buy a bike for children, you naturally expect the full safety package. There is actually an important reason why our bikes arrive “blank” to you: The weight. We have deliberately decided against built-in lighting systems or heavy attachments in order to make the wheels as light as possible. For a child, every kilo less makes a huge difference when it comes to handling and controlling the bike — and that is exactly the most important safety aspect for us. And also individual use: Many of our WOOM fans use the bikes purely as sports equipment off-road or in skate parks, where reflectors or bells are often more of a hindrance or can even break off. But so that everyone can decide for themselves how to “equip” their woom, we offer the appropriate accessories (according to the StVZO standard) separately. This keeps the bike light as a feather for sporting use and absolutely roadworthy for commuting to school in just a few simple steps. We hope that your child still has a lot of fun with the new bike! Order TOP, delivery flop - instruction manual and bike came separately - so the tracking had its pitfalls, packaging TOP, unboxing TOP, instructions good - easy assembly! Nevertheless, it is our 3rd bike and we are very satisfied!
Our daughter is 5 years old. It began with Woom Go. First a balance bike, then on the Woom Go3 and off we went cycling on our own. Now the upgrade to Explore 5 despite being 5 years old. No problem Everything at the smallest level according to the great scale that grows with the child. Now, after 2 days of testing, the 3-year-old Junior has taken over the Woom Go and whizzes across the driveway alone. I would only recommend the Woom brand to everyone. Super lightweight bikes, well-thought-out system with the details taking into account the growth of our little people. Keep it up. Next level with us = Woom electro for kids.
Dear Woom team, we are actually big fans and have all wheels from Woom 1 to Woom 4. Now it's time to switch to 24 inches, but my daughter is only 6 and doesn't like the modern design with lots of black and the available colors at all. We would be very happy to see the “old” line resumed for Woom 5, as it is simply far too long until the “cool” teen time. We are now planning a brand change. It's a shame.

Older kids want to stand out from bikes for younger kids. That's why we've developed the new, “cooler” colors. She simply couldn't learn to ride properly on the four previous wheels from other brands. With the woom, that changed completely; after about 30 minutes, she was suddenly able to drive on her own. The bike is perfectly designed for children, is very light, well thought-out and extremely easy to control. You can immediately see that the needs of children were really taken into account here. That is exactly what made the decisive difference for us. For us, this bike really meets all the criteria that an ideal children's bike should have. The only downside is that we only regret that we didn't decide to do it earlier. Clear recommendation!

Very good bike very light, it looks great and my daughter adapted quickly, she really likes it.
It was easy to put together and my son has loved it so far. It rides smoothly and fits him perfectly.
Can't recommend ordering online directly from Woom, not a Happy Child experience like on the box. Instead of 2-3 days, the package was delivered after 4 days, the box was apparently opened by the warehouse and sloppily glued shut due to accessories, there is in fact no final inspection and we were missing the saddle, which was then delivered only a week later. Even the thread of a screw to the pastry carrier months is not properly processed, after consultation with customer service, I can repair this in a specialist shop and send the invoice. It's a pity that quality is obviously being saved here because it's manufactured in distant Vietnam, recommend a bicycle shop if you calculate effort and time.

We've loved Woom for 6 years, but the colors for the 5 series we need now are simply too boring. Unfortunately, the 4 series is much too small, so we are considering switching to another brand just because of the boring colors of the 5 series. Neither we nor the child like the colors and that's exactly why many of our acquaintances change. It's a shame actually...

The new colors and the revised design of woom EXPLORE were developed specifically for the needs and tastes of older children (approx. 6 to 14 years). The reason for this is that adolescent children (and adolescents) often find the classic WOOM design too “childlike.” They want a bike that looks cooler, sportier and grown-up. We are of course aware that tastes and color preferences are individual and not every child prefers these colors. That is why we are constantly working to find a suitable solution so that we can put a smile on the face of every child, at any age.:) Of course, we are very sorry that we are currently unable to offer you your bike in your favorite color! Actually we do not have any doubt to buy another woom for my eldest daughter growing up. We have 4 wooms bike and very happy.
