We love Woom Bikes but have been very disappointed with this specific one and the customer service surrounding our concerns. There was a wire sticking out from the back brake that once it cut our son’s leg we had to take to a bike shop to have fixed (cost was reimbursed by Woom). The brakes have also been incredibly squeaky from day one. Our daughter has the same bike in a different color and has had zero issues.

Bike was defected and almost impossible to reach anyone.
Super light, super easy to drive, speed automation is best in class, my kid doesn't has any troubles at all.
Our daughter was raised on Strider bikes, until she was ready for pedals. Their options really just didn't cut it and so we started looking for other bikes, and she wasn't able to get started well on them. We do 90% of our riding on our property, these are dirt trails, rocky, bumpy and some hills. The automagic makes a HUGE difference for her getting started on rough terrain, it also gets her up hills significantly better. She LOVES this bike, and rides miles now on bike paths with us at age 4. It isn't the cheapest option, but for us, it was the best option. We will be getting another most likely next year, as our younger daughter is ready for pedals come spring.
Easy to assemble. Bike frame & all components were packaged well in the box offering good protection. All tools were included. Aligning handlebar & front wheel properly took some extra time, but was not that difficult. Pedal installation was very quick & easy. Nice job by Woom!
My son doesn't see much of a difference between his woom 2 and his will 3 automagic. He's a great rider and would normally go to a regular geared bike, but he's too small to ride the standard wheels that come with those. He actually asked to ride his old woom 2 because he's saying the gears are getting stuck on his new woom 3.Extremely disappointed
We gave our grandson the Woom 3 for his 4th birthday. He had the Woom 1 balance bike beforehand. I was worried the Woom 3 Automagic might be too big for him but it was perfect! He was riding it by himself after about 10 minutes of his dad running along side of him down the street. We were all amazed! He loves his new bike and wants to ride it all the time now! He is the perfect example of starting with the balance bike --- there's no need for training wheels when moving up to a bigger bike.
This bike is perfect for kids. Our daughter loves it. Great quality and overall an awesome product.
It’s been a game changer; both the light weight and the lower gear afforded by the “automagic” hub. It’s allowed our little guy to make it up the hills in our neighborhood as well as helping out on the pump tracks that he loves so much. It’s the next best thing to a mountain bike for little ones.
First of all, I have to say that I am a HUGE believer in WOOM bikes. I have a garage full of them. I've had the WOOM 1, WOOM 2, WOOM 3, 3 AUTOMAGIC, and WOOM 4 so I know my WOOM bikes. This bike is for you if:Your rider is too small for a WOOM 4
Nice bike, light, but several issues with the transmission and the automagic hub, it's not that magic. I love woom bikes, but this one was not the best choice. ( And you can not change the hub for a regular one)
This is such a great product! My son has been riding a Woom3 for a year and is a strong rider. He's ready for a multi-gear bike but most brands offer only single speed bikes in 16 inch. We got him a Woom3 Automagic for his 5th birthday and he's now able to keep up with taller friends on multi-gear 20 inch bikes.
After coming to accept the cost…. This bike has given our daughter the best bicycle experience a parent could ask for! Ergonomics, weight, kid sized features, automatic hub, and overall quality make this bike a priceless experience. We have owned this bike for over 6 months now and have taken it on adventures where the kiddo peddled it over 10 miles in a single day! In addition to how happy we are with this bike, getting out and peddling along side is another very important factor. Would be solid to say we have over 100 miles on it with countless smiles and memories. Get out of the house and explore the world, I promise you will see things from a better view!!!
We spent the extra money to get the automagic version and so glad we did! What a difference - our child has an easier time on the uphill and his legs aren't just spinning on the easy stuff. Highly recommend.
I just purchased this bike for my son’s birthday, after being recommended woom by a friend as a top end kids bike. Last Saturday we opened the box and assembled the bike. My son was so excited and tried to ride it - immediately almost fell because the rear wheel wouldn’t turn. We realized the brake was clamped shut so I took it to a bike shop. The mechanic informed me that the brake had been improperly installed and the rear wheel was severely misaligned. He was able to fix both issues and now the bike works perfectly and seems good quality. However this was really scary and my son could have gotten hurt. I expected better from such ann expensive product and am very worried for other children given the lack of quality control of the bike out of the box. I hope the company does an overhaul of its quality control to ensure a better and safer experience for its riders.
