The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Limit of one Gift Voucher per order. Not redeemable for cash or credit. One-time use only; any remaining balance will be forfeited and must be used in a single transaction. 

The Gift Voucher is valid only for purchases made and redeemed on woom.com (U.S. website). It cannot be applied to prior purchases, taxes, shipping fees, or gift card purchases. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. If the original qualifying bike order is returned, the associated Gift Voucher will be voided and forfeited. Gift Voucher expires January 31, 2026.
