A friend and I are both interested in getting $25 off our next bike order. What is the best way to proceed?
If you know a friend who is new to woom, you’re in luck!
First, you’ll need to create your own referral link.
Next, your friend will need to use your referral link to sign up for the referral program and generate a coupon code if they’re eligible.
Lastly, your friend will purchase a new woom bike of their choice. Once their bike has been delivered (allow up to 7 days from the point of purchase), a gift card will appear in your email inbox, which you can use toward any woom purchase, including a new bike.
Who is eligible to invite as a referral?
A friend is eligible as a referral if they meet the following criteria:
They are referred by a Referrer
They are a first-time purchaser at woom
They arrive on our website by clicking the referral link
They purchase a bicycle
Note that once a friend has been referred, additional purchases from that friend are no longer eligible for additional rewards.
The Referred Friend and Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address) or from the same household. Must be 18 years old and located in the United States.

Can I apply my gift card to my previous purchase? Or does it have to be applied to a new purchase?
The gift card must be applied to a new purchase only.
Will my woom gift card automatically be applied to my next order once I enter my email address?
No. You'll need to add your gift card during the payment process. Please contact our CX team if you need help locating your gift card or have lost or deleted it.
Can I "stack" my gift card with other promotions or offers?
If you referred someone to us and received a gift card, then it is stackable with other promotions and offers. Don't hesitate to contact our CX team if you have questions.
Once my referred Friend purchases a bike using their discount code, will I get notified and sent a woom gift card?
Yes, once your Friend applies their code toward the purchase of a bike, you’ve locked in your reward. Once your Friend’s bike is delivered, you will automatically get an email notification with a $25 woom gift card valid on all woom purchases. Please note that if your friend cancels their order before the bike arrives, you won’t be rewarded with a gift card.
If I refer multiple Friends to purchase woom bikes, can I apply all the gift cards I receive toward my purchase?
Yes, gift cards are stackable, and you can apply them toward any woom purchase, not just bikes.
Is there a maximum amount of rewards I can earn?
Yes. We've limited the number of potential rewards to 50 per calendar year. However, there’s no limitation on how many times you share your referral link!
Can I return my bike for a refund and then re-order the bike with the referral code?
No. Referral discounts/refunds only apply to orders placed before enrolling in the referral program.
Is there an expiration date on my gift card or my friend's referral discount code?
No, they do not expire!
