The bike as such is well made and our son enjoys it. This is also the case with the predecessor a Woom 3.. It is a great pity, and this is reflected in previous models, that the lighting cannot be properly fixed. It still works well at the front, but it's a disaster at the rear. The lamps should be placed around the seat frame. Unfortunately, that doesn't work if the saddle is still at the bottom. And even when operating with a luggage rack on which the satchel is to be transported, the light would be obscured from the back... It would be desirable here to mount the luggage rack, for example as a round tube with a flange to fix the lamp between the carrier and tire, or, optionally, dynamo-supported lighting. That is something that is actually a no go, because that way the bike from Werk is not roadworthy...

Excellent bike — the only downside is how much use it gets at leat 2 times a day + fun trips. We're already on our second set of tires in under a year. He is 5 years. ;)

The Woom4 Explorer is now our son's third bike (115cm). Assembly is problem-free, he got along with the circuit very quickly. As expected, it is great. Only the installation of existing lighting makes it difficult. Ideal for the back, a variant should be directly under the saddle. For the front, a place for reflector and lamp, no matter how you place it on the handlebars, it is not optimal, becomes loose, interferes, sits crooked. The frame is too thick for mounting.

In terms of its overall appearance, the bicycle is very stylish and attractive, but there are some issues regarding its usability that need to be addressed. 1. There is no suitable spot on the handlebars—like on the "original version"—to mount a reflector. No matter where you attach it, the front reflector slips downward and shifts out of position during use—even when simply riding up or down small curbs—which is a negative point for me in terms of safety. 2. When attempting to attach it to the painted section of the main frame, it damages the paint, and the rubber strap is not the right size—it is too short. 3. The same issue applies to the red tail light. Attaching the red reflector to the tube under the saddle leaves no room for the red light, yet mounting it on the painted area under the saddle makes it invisible due to the mudguard. Furthermore, when the saddle is set to its lowest position—necessary for the rider's height—there is no suitable space to mount both attachments.

My child was absolutely delighted with the bike. He is 5 years old and 115cm tall, which is why we chose the Woom Explore 4. The best decision we could make. Easy to assemble and a great material Clear recommendation!

The only negative thing that has stood out so far was that the gearshift was not set correctly upon delivery. However, after a quick phone call, I was immediately informed that I could submit the invoice for the recruitment by a specialist retailer and get the costs reimbursed. The customer service was therefore very uncomplicated and accommodating. Even though the bike is quite light, it is not necessarily pleasant to carry it to the second floor of an old building. However, this is due to our living conditions and not to the bike itself. My daughter loves cycling and loves riding it.

It's only since my grandchild has had this bike that she likes to ride a bike.

My son loves his woom Explore. The gearshift is easy to operate and the disc brakes work perfectly. I was skeptical at first as to whether they would not require too much maintenance, but even after half a year with various falls, nothing is grinding and the brakes continue to work reliably. Very happy so far!

My son (7) is an enthusiastic cyclist and easily rides over 20 km on our bike tours without complaining! Are he considering buying an e-bike in summer 2027, when his bike actually becomes too small.

We are super happy with the bike. Our child could easily handle the gearshift right away. As always, this bike is relatively light so that our child can carry it up or down smaller steps themselves. The disc brakes also work great, so that our child can brake super quickly even at faster speeds. Our child has great fun with this bike.

Our son loves his Woom EXPLORE 4! It was by far the best gift. The bike looks beautiful and attracts attention everywhere — we are regularly asked which model it is. More importantly, our son really enjoys driving. The bike is lightweight, comfortable and provides a great ride experience. Since then, he likes to ride a bicycle even more often. Absolute recommendation!

My grandson rode a Woom balance bicycle for several years. Recently, I bought him a Woom bicycle with pedals for his 6th birthday. He was riding it on his own within minutes of receiving it! I am beyond thrilled with y’the Woom bicycle series!
