The bike as such is well made and our son enjoys it. This is also the case with the predecessor a Woom 3.. It is a great pity, and this is reflected in previous models, that the lighting cannot be properly fixed. It still works well at the front, but it's a disaster at the rear. The lamps should be placed around the seat frame. Unfortunately, that doesn't work if the saddle is still at the bottom. And even when operating with a luggage rack on which the satchel is to be transported, the light would be obscured from the back... It would be desirable here to mount the luggage rack, for example as a round tube with a flange to fix the lamp between the carrier and tire, or, optionally, dynamo-supported lighting. That is something that is actually a no go, because that way the bike from Werk is not roadworthy...
Hi Christian, Thanks for your feedback. We completely understand the frustration. When the saddle is set in the lowest position, there is barely any room on the seatpost for accessories — and when a large school bag is transported on the luggage rack, a rear light mounted there is quickly covered. We are happy to help you troubleshoot the rear light installation. Please contact customer service for further assistance. Greetings Your woom team
