It is already our third bike, I had a bit of concern about switching to the foursome - because of the gearshift, but like everything with Woom, the child sits on it and drives off. No problem with the circuit at all. Briefly explained and everything was wonderful. That's how it learned to ride a bike right away, even with the first bike. Unpacked, assembled briefly and the next day, the child was able to ride a bicycle. Unfortunately, there were some problems with the pre-installed front brake this time. It had to be adjusted after the test drive was postponed by one day. Big and disappointed children's eyes, but the next day after a huge bike ride, everything was fine again.
For me, quality starts with packaging. There was nothing to complain about here. Everything was neatly and neatly packaged. The individual parts were easy to assemble. All screws fit perfectly. The bike worked great when assembled. This is quality that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare these days.
My daughter has been riding Woom bikes right from the start. The Woom Bike 4go is light as a feather and the gearshift is a piece of cake for my daughter! The bikes are simply great, without question!
The Woom 4 is already our third Woom and, as always, we love the bike itself. Unfortunately, this time I had to worry about a detail that didn't have to be the case. All previous wheels came with a high-quality bell (Woom Bing). The accompanying bell is apparently mandatory in Austria. With the current Woom 4, they have decided to save money and include an inferior bell. This is harder to use and sounds really awful. The child also complained immediately. Now I have to order an extra better bell, pay for shipping, wait and throw the enclosed bell in the trash, and that with a bike that costs almost 600 euros. I'm sorry, but it's hard to understand.
Dear Christoph, Thanks for your honest feedback! We are very sorry that you did not like the included bell. We have switched to a different bell here and we can understand that it does not meet your requirements. Please write to our customer service about this, we are sure to find a good solution for your extra shipping costs here.:) We are looking forward to your message! Very best regards your WOOM team
We already had the Woom 2 and Woom 3 with gears. All bikes have been reliable so far and have been used very gladly and extensively.
The bike is for the birthday that is in June. I have already assembled the bike. Quality is more than satisfactory.
Starting with Woom 1, our granddaughter never wanted another bike again. (She also had a Puki balance bike at that time.) Then came the Woom 2, which is now being replaced by a Woom 4. Woom makes the best wheels, they are lightweight yet robust.
Fast delivery, best quality, kids enjoy to drive
The Best Birthday Gift Ever! We gave our 6-year-old the woom GO in Pink for her birthday, and it’s been a total game-changer. The vibrant "hot pink" color is stunning and high-visibility, but the real magic is the weight. It’s so lightweight that she can handle it, turn, and restart on hills with total confidence—no more "it's too heavy" frustrations!
We love Woom bikes for our kids right from the start, the bikes grow with us.
Very satisfied
My kid loves it!
Easy assembly, but the front brake grinds and I can't get it so that it fits (tried everything, even with YouTube instructions), I'll have it watched in a bike shop. The bike is OK, a good kids' bike. We also had the WOOM 2 and 3, these two (older) models were of higher quality in my opinion, the WOOM 4 looks cheaper in terms of components, which I find a bit annoying for the generous price.
We are so impressed with the quality of the bike, worth spending a little more. The paint is bright and shiny, but doesn't scuff easily. Our 6 Year Who Was Riding Without Training Wheels Before Took to This Bike Immediatly. He had even more confidence and said it was so easy to ride. The helmet was also amazing, so easy to take on and off by himself and fit perfect. He was able to change the gears easily and the hand brakes fit his hands. I highly recommend WOOM as a company, their customer service is top notch!!
