NOTE: We automatically ship all woom bikes from size 2 and upwards within Italy with a bike bell and lights to ensure compliance with the law. Customers in Italy should therefore consider checking out individual accessories for their woom EXPLORE, such as mudguards, kickstand and our rear rack.

Members of our woom Riders Club can extend the warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free by registering their bike within 9 weeks of buying it.

If you buy a woom product and are not 100% satisfied, or if you didn't order the right size, you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU for either a refund or an exchange.
This also applies to your new woom bike, even if your child has already ridden it.
We will cover the return shipping costs and either refund the full amount you originally paid or send you a new bike in the requested size.
