Our woom bikes don't come with any additional accessories other than the front and rear reflectors. We automatically ship all woom bikes from size 2 and upwards within Italy only with bike lights and a bell to ensure compliance with the law. No further accessories are supplied with bikes in Italy. You can find useful extras, including kickstands and mudguards, in our online shop.
If your child plans on cycling on public roads and streets, their woom bike may need to meet certain standard requirements before it can be considered legal in your country of residence. In case you want to try our GO 4, you can happily try it at one of our woom dealers. Should your son already be big enough for the minimum saddle height, you can happily return the GO 3 within 30 days after buying the bike.
We do sell our bikes without accessories because everyone has individual needs. Thanks to this flexibility, you only pay for the accessories you actually need. However, if you prefer, you can also use the handy option in our online shop to order the bike with a full set of accessories.

We got our regular FedEx deliveries, but the bike was never delivered, and the next day the delivery date would update. Frustrated, I tried to contact Fedex - nothing - so I called Woom to see if they could help out. Without hesitation, the customer service representative apologized, asked if UPS was more reliable in our area, and shipped a new bike which arrived next day. They then handled FedEx on the back-end and eventually had the original order routed back to their warehouse after it went for over three weeks without being delivered.
Customer service like that is rare - so rare it was almost jarring.
