Members of our woom Riders Club can extend the warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free by registering their bike within 9 weeks of buying it.

Legal right to cancel goods & services

If you buy a woom product and are not 100% satisfied, or if you didn't order the right size, you have 30 days (WOW 60 days) to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU for a refund.

This also applies to your new woom bike, even if your child has already ridden it.
We will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount you originally paid.

For your child to truly enjoy WOW moments, the ideal physical requirements are:

Body height of at least 70 cm

  • Ability to sit independently
  • Ability to stand up independently when holding onto something
  • Ability to reach the handlebars with their arms slightly bent and with their feet touching the ground when sitting on the woom WOW
  • The balance bike is not suitable if your child weighs more than 20 kg and is older than 36 months.
