Look for ABC on the stem and seatpost. Use this handy guide when fitting the woom EXPLORE to your child. Begin by setting the saddle height at the best position for your child, then match the stem to the coordinating zone. Key to dialing in the perfect bike fit for your rider? Absolutely!

Our woom bikes don't come with any additional accessories. You can find useful extras, including rear racks and fenders, in our online shop.

If your child plans on cycling on public roads and streets, their woom bike may need to meet certain safety requirements. In some areas, bikes must be equipped with a bike bell, front and rear lights, and wide-angle Z reflectors. As rules for cyclists and their equipment vary from state to state, find out about the regulations applicable to riding a woom bike in road traffic in your area, particularly regarding the use of lights, reflectors, and other obligatory safety equipment.

If you buy a product directly from us that does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase — no questions asked. We will refund the full cost of the product and pay to have it shipped back to woom. Please note: We are unable to refund the original shipping cost from when you first purchased the product. If you are returning a combination of any of the following items that cannot fit in the same box, please do this in 2 separate returns. Items include: Any model bike, helmet, rack, freewheel, or fenders. For example, if you are returning a woom bike and helmet/large accessory, one return would contain the bike, and the other return would contain the helmet/ large accessory.
The same rule applies if you are returning multiple bikes. Please do a separate return for each bike.
