We've loved Woom for 6 years, but the colors for the 5 series we need now are simply too boring. Unfortunately, the 4 series is much too small, so we are considering switching to another brand just because of the boring colors of the 5 series. Neither we nor the child like the colors and that's exactly why many of our acquaintances change. It's a shame actually...
Dear Helen, Thank you so much for your honest feedback! The new colors and the revised design of woom EXPLORE were developed specifically for the needs and tastes of older children (approx. 6 to 14 years). The reason for this is that adolescent children (and adolescents) often find the classic WOOM design too “childlike.” They want a bike that looks cooler, sportier and grown-up. We are of course aware that tastes and color preferences are individual and not every child prefers these colors. That is why we are constantly working to find a suitable solution so that we can put a smile on the face of every child, at any age.:) Of course, we are very sorry that we are currently unable to offer you your bike in your favorite color!
