If you buy a product directly from us that does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it within 30 days (WOW 60 days) of the purchase — no questions asked. The children ride this bike very enthusiastically. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The brakes are great. We're very happy. The price may be higher than other brands, but the kids really appreciate the riding experience on this bike.

My kids have had Woom bikes of all sizes from an early age. The wheels are simply high-quality, well made and very well thought-out. The fact that they are so light makes them ideal for kids to handle - simply good! The only improvement point from my point of view - there should be an option for lighting with a hub dynamo, at least for the road models and perhaps optional. The version with rechargeable lighting is - at least for our everyday life - rather sub-optimal... Nevertheless - a clear recommendation and five stars for excellent bikes!

My daughter learned to ride a bike on a Woom 2 at the age of 2 years and 5 months. Climbed up and started cycling. I've only driven Woom since then. She loves her bike and another one wouldn't have a chance with her.
