upCYCLING – the right bike for every age
Swap your old woom bike for the next size up and receive 40% back on the original purchase price.
Your old woom bike should be no more than two years old and must be roadworthy. Roadworthy means you would still let your own child ride it.
Rather than having to box up the bike and ship it back – find a suitable organization or local family and get your old woom bike into the hands of another child who can love it just as much. #ShareTheRide
As soon as you’ve purchased your next woom bike and donated the old one, reach out to us and we’ll transfer 40% of the original purchase price directly to your account.
The whole point of upCYCLING is ensuring your child always has the right size bike, and their old bike falls into the hands of another child for even more miles of smiles.
Requirements
1. You own a woom bike (with the original receipt) and you’d like to upgrade to a bike the next size up.
2. Your old woom bike is not older than two years and is roadworthy.
3. You have a woom upCYCLING membership.
4. You are purchasing a new woom bike from our store that is one size up.
upCYCLING Journey
Step 1
Decide if you are keeping the new bike (you have 30 days upon delivery to return it for a full refund, if there are any issues).
Step 2
Once your child has settled into their new bike, select a charitable organization or family in need to donate your child’s old bike, and drop it off.
Step 3
To initiate a refund, send us an email with all the necessary info.
Step 4
When we receive your email and verify the new bike purchase, you’ll receive a refund (on the recent order) for 40% of the purchase value of the old bike.
