If you’re in search of a compatible tube for your new-release woom OFF, woom OFF AIR, or woom UP, you’ll need to contact our customer service for a spare tube with a Presta valve instead. (Why? These three mountain bike collections use Presta valve tubes so that they are tubeless compatible if you choose to go tubeless.)

Also note that previous release woom OFF & woom OFF AIR models were compatible with Schrader valves. If in doubt, contact our customer service team.

Spare tube was received broken

Took me a week to get it and unfortunately I received a broken spare tube.. I had to contact the support and sent me another one. I hope that the new one will be in good shape.

Punctured inner tubes? No thanks!

I've received a bunch of inner tubes inside a nylon post office bag. Unboxed and totally punctured and useless I'm in shock that I paid good bucks for inner tubes that came punctured uninflatable and completely ruined outside of a box. Terrible

Woom 1 Bicycle Tube

Live in California and could not find the correct woom 1 tube size at local bike shops or even on Amazon. Purchased directly from woom website. Product fit perfectly. I wouldn't pump to max tire pressure in the future, think it caused the punctures in the first place.

Great CS

Customer Service was amazing!We determined to have a defective tube. Sent photos to CS. They took care of us very well and quickly too. Tube rcvd, installed, and the little one was back on her way to riding. I think she missed her Woom!

Awesome customer service

After doing some off roading with my daughter on her woom 4 we realized the next day she had a flat tire and needed a replacement tube. Reached out to woom since the woom replacement tubes were out of stock and they sent me a schwalbe replacement the next day, amazing cusomer service. Thank you!
