The woom UP is a motor-assisted children's bike specially developed for cross-country mountain biking and off-road cycling. Its design allows you to enjoy being in nature and away from the traffic. Please refer to the instruction manual for more information on its usage.

Whether it's general maintenance or upgrades, you'll find a wide selection of original parts in our spare parts shop. This includes touch-up paint to cover up scratches as well as a quick-release seatpost clamp in case you want to upgrade the stock security seatpost clamp on your woom UP.

With children's needs in mind, we have fitted the woom UP with the innovative, smooth and natural-feeling drive system produced by Munich-based Fazua. Supported by Fazua, the woom UP is helping to define a new generation of e-MTBs with a super lightweight motor for children. The unit, which includes the battery, motor and electronic parts in one sleek design, weighs in at just 3.3 kg. Unlike the linear support provided by most e-bikes on the market, the woom UP has progressive modes of pedal assist for a more natural feeling. The benefit of coupling the woom UP with the Fazua motor should not be underestimated: it's a motor that can adapt to the rider's cycling style and respond to nominal pressure on the pedals. The drive system kicks in gently and boosts the power supplied by your child's legs nice and evenly – on climbs, into headwinds and when setting off. This prevents your child from feeling overtaxed. Instead, they experience a natural-feeling ride, much the same as on a non-motorised mountain bike.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your woom UP, or if you didn't order the right size, you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU. Additional info about our returns and cancellation policy can be found here.

To return your woom UP, here's what you need to do:

1. Complete this form to register your return with our customer service team.

2. Pack the bike in its original packaging according to the packing instructions which you can find on the back of the return slip. Put the return slip in the box before you seal it.

3. Our customer service team will supply you with a pre-paid return shipping label via e-mail. Place this on the outside of the package. You can then drop off the package at your local GLS ParcelShop without having to worry about paying any shipping costs.

4. Please e-mail the tracking number on the proof of postage to [email protected] so we can track your returned product.

5. After receiving and checking your package, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method you used when purchasing.
