Terms and conditions for competition to win a woom ORIGINAL bike in power pink

The organizer of the competition is woom GmbH, Inkustraße 1–7, Halle 14, Top 5, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "woom").

Adults and children are welcome to take part. Children must have the consent of their legal guardians.
Employees of woom and their families may not enter the competition.
You must agree to these terms and conditions to enter the competition.
By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions and confirm you have read and understood them.

The competition opens at midnight (CET) on 17 December 2023 and closes at 11.59 pm (CET) on 31 December 2023.
By completing and submitting the form and subscribing to our newsletter to enter the competition, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

To enter the competition, you need to complete and submit the form on the competition landing page. By doing this, you will automatically be accepting the terms and conditions.
You also need to subscribe to the woom newsletter.
You can enter the competition once.
The competition runs between 17 and 31 December 2023.

Around two weeks after the competition closing date, three winners will be selected at random from everyone who entered the competition.
Each lucky winner will receive a special edition woom ORIGINAL bike in power pink in the size they specified on their form. The prices may not be redeemed for cash, and prizes may not be exchanged.
You will be entered into the prize draw for the size you specified when you submitted your competition form.
Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided. Any prizes not claimed within three weeks will expire. In such cases, woom reserves the right to organize another prize draw.
Winners of the advertised prizes will be selected at random from everyone who entered the competition.

woom reserves the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, without notice, or to modify the set-up should it not be possible, for technical or other reasons, to guarantee the proper conduct of the competition.

woom shall only process personal data within the guidelines of the statutory provisions of data protection law and only to the extent that this is necessary for the conduct of the competition, specifically in order to contact the winners. You can read more about data protection here.

Austrian law shall apply, to the exclusion of conflict of laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
A legal process to verify the prize draw is excluded.
