Eligibility
All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are legally resident in Austria, the Federal Republic of Germany, or Switzerland, are eligible to participate.
Automated entries or third party entries will not be accepted.
Employees of woom and their families may not enter the prize draw.
Consent to these terms of participation is a prerequisite for entering the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, entrants accept these terms and confirm that they have read and understood them and that they accept them in full.

Terms and conditions
You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw:
- Follow @woombikes on Instagram
- Like the specified Prize Draw post on Instagram
- Share your favorite woom experience in the comments section and tag another Instagram user who you consider your best bike buddy
The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their entry.
The entrant declares that their comment is free of the rights of third persons (in particular copyright) and does not infringe any individual’s personal rights. If the content published on Instagram should infringe the rights of third parties, the entrant responsible shall be solely liable and will indemnify woom from all third-party claims to this extent.
Prize description, selection of winners and notification
Anyone entering the Prize Draw accepts that the photos of the prize are for illustration purposes only.
Participation in the Prize Draw must occur during the designated time frame. The closing date for participation is 8 February 2026 at 23:59.
Within one week of the Prize Draw closing date, the Winner will be privately decided at random from everyone who has entered.
The prize is:
- 1 × personalized bike (available models: WOW, GO, EXPLORE, OFF, OFF AIR)
- 9 × personalized READY helmet (size and color of choice)
woom reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value at any point without giving prior notice or reason.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. There is a maximum limit of one (1) prize per person. The prizes may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
Winners will be notified by a direct message.
To receive their prize, the Winner must respond with their contact details (full name and address, including postcode) in a private message by 23:59 on 08/02/2026. It is the winner's responsibility to provide us with the correct details. Prizes will be sent by post.
Notified winners have until 23:59 on 08/03/2026 to claim their prize. The prize will not be available after that point. If the prize has not been claimed in time, woom is entitled to pick another winner.
Consent to publication
Anyone entering the prize draw expressly consents to the personal data they provide being processed by woom for the purpose of running the prize draw. Their personal data will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary for the purpose of running the prize draw (post). Their personal data will be deleted once the prize draw is over. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by notifying woom in writing.
Exclusion and termination
woom reserves the right to exclude from the prize draw anyone who is found to be in breach of the terms of participation or who tries to influence the result of the prize draw in any way using technical manipulation. This applies in particular when incorrect information has been provided. In the event that someone is excluded from the prize draw, woom is entitled to rescind the prize and ask that it is returned.
woom accepts no liability for any technical faults, problems with data transfers or any technical difficulties that could affect someone's ability to enter the Prize Draw. woom reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw at any point without notice. Entrants shall not be entitled to make claims against woom for this reason.
The prize draw by woom is not associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram in any way. The information provided by participants within the framework of the prize draw is not provided to Instagram but to woom.
woom reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, remove and disqualify any entries deemed racist or discriminatory.
Privacy policy
woom shall only process personal data in line with the provisions of data protection law and only to the extent that this is necessary to run the prize draw, specifically in order to contact the winner.

Final provisions
The entire prize draw is governed by Austrian law, excluding regulations governing conflicts of laws. A legal process to verify the prize draw is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the prize draw. There is no legally enforceable right to payment of the prize.
The recipient of the prize will have to pay any taxes and duties.
If any individual provisions in these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by another provision that corresponds most closely to the purpose of that original provision.
