We are very satisfied with the woom EXPLORE 6. It is a high-quality, lightweight and well-thought-out children's and youth bike that makes our daughter very happy. The workmanship is clean, the handling is suitable for children and the bike immediately gives a good, safe riding experience. Our children have been riding woom bikes since an early age, and we have only had good experiences over the years. The bikes are robust, well-tuned and feel great with the children. With EXPLORE 6 in particular, you can tell that it is not just a small adult bike, but was really developed for children and young people.

I’ve been a strong supporter of Woom — purchased three bikes within a single month, which should speak for itself. So it’s genuinely disappointing to have to write this. One of the bikes arrived chipped, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with a defensive response rather than a straightforward fix. I asked for matching touch-up paint — a completely reasonable request — and was told the paint isn’t approved for use in the US. Fine, but what’s the solution then? What I got was a minimal credit that didn’t come close to reflecting the issue, and a DIY fix recommendation that felt more like a brush-off than a genuine attempt to make things right. I came to the conversation with goodwill and specific suggestions. Instead of engaging constructively, Woom dug in. For a brand positioned as premium, that’s a real problem. The product quality is there — I wouldn’t have bought three bikes in a month if it wasn’t — but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer

Very easy

Our two children have been riding Woom bikes for many years and so far we are satisfied with the quality and equipment. Woom wheels are certainly a bit more expensive in terms of price, but the workmanship and lower weight than competitors' wheels convinced us. However, there were significant (visual) deficiencies in our recently purchased Woom EXPLORE 6 — I can't say whether due to transport or already during production. The packaging did not look damaged upon delivery. In my opinion, these deficiencies should not occur at the price. But I also think sending back because of the visual defects is an exaggeration. Too bad, but there is no better rating this way. Without the flaws, it would certainly have been 4 stars or more.

I bought wooom 2 as my kid's first bike years ago and he learned to ride in 15 minutes when he was 2.5 years. I regularly kept buying another sizes ( 3 and 4 ) with exception of 5. Now I bought him size 6 explore. It is really amazing bike. It is price but I think its gonna pay off through next few years of summer riding.

We've been so impressed so far that we bought the 6 series without trying it out. It's great in itself, but my daughter doesn't get along with the saddle at all. What can we do about that? Is there a saddle alternative? Thanks and LG

Hi everyone, So we're done with all the bikes, we've now ended up with the 6th. Great color, great workmanship, great as always. However, I noticed negatively that the saddle angle is no longer adjustable. That was still the case with the 5 he, now it was no longer the case with the 6 he. That slows down my daughter's enthusiasm a bit, but it's good. We will probably change the saddle because it is not yet in use. I hope that fits?

It is now the third Woom bike for our daughter. Here, too, we received the delivery very quickly. Even if the supplier isn't a good one. Box was damaged. But there was nothing wrong with the bike. It's better to rely on a yellow or brown freight forwarder. It was all complete and easy to assemble. But the most important thing was that our daughter felt comfortable right away and drove off enthusiastically. She immediately liked the new brakes and the gearshift. A small suggestion for Woom for improvement: Pack the stand as basic equipment and deliver it immediately assembled. Would help with assembly or unpacking.

We now have the 5th or 6th Woom bike! Why Because we're really happy with it. The bikes may be comparatively expensive, but they are ideally suited to children and the service is truly phenomenal! From that point of view, a clear recommendation.

Our daughter is absolutely thrilled to have this bike. This is her 3rd Woom bike and quite honestly the most impressive model yet. Quality components, easy assembly, quite adjustable. This thing is smooth. Our daughter is on the smaller side of the suggested height for this size yet she has had ZERO issues with the size and will be able to enjoy it for years to come. Will be buying for our younger kids as well!

Quick assemble, and easy riding.

We liked the Original and when we were told the line was discontinued, your staff encouraged us to try the Explore 6. We are specifically looking for fleet bikes to train youth to ride in school settings. Our lead mechanic assembled and took a look at it and said he did not think it was worth the price level (compared with other bikes we were considering) and that the hydraulic disc brakes are soft and will need to be serviced soon. So we are returning the bike. It is not a good option for a fleet bike that gets moved around a lot and used by a wide variety of kids/skill levels, and needs to get stacked in storage and trucked around.

This is my daughter's second Woom bike. She took to the trigger shifting right away. She loves the color and the ride quality. This is our 4th Woom bike as a family and we'll continue to be customers. Every other brand (including other popular DTC kid brands) are heavier and less versatile. Finally, Woom's customer service is top notch.
