Using This Program

ID.me makes it it easy to tap into discounts at hundreds of retailers. When at the checkout page with a woom bike in your cart, simply click the green “Verify with ID.me” button. 

Once you’ve been verified through ID.me, you’ll receive a unique discount code. Head back to your woom cart and paste the code into the discount code field, and you’ll see the discount applied to each qualifying bike on the order.

What is the discount?

Those eligible will receive a special discount on select bike purchases. Most woom bike models are included; however, the newly launched woom WOW as well as WAREHOUSE models are currently excluded from this discount. Note that the discount applies to the order subtotal and excludes shipping and tax. Accessories and apparel aren't included in the discount along with bikes on sale. 

In which countries is the discount applicable? 

Both Americans and Canadians can use their ID.me discount during checkout on the US woom online store. 

Is it stackable with ongoing promotions?

This discount is valid for select bikes only and cannot be combined with other bike promotions. Discount is valid on retail price only and excludes any sale price.

What happens if I recently purchased and did not apply my discount?  

Unfortunately, ID.me discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past orders. 

What happens when I verify my status?

Once you’ve been verified through ID.me, you’ll receive a unique discount code. Head back to your woom cart and paste the code into the discount code field, and you’ll see the discount applied to each qualifying bike on the order.

Can I provide my discount to non-eligible friends?

No, this program was created only for eligible members. The platform is designed to detect fraudulent activity and reserves the right to deny access if terms of usage are abused. 

Does signing up for ID.me mean I’ll start receiving newsletters and promotions from ID.me?

In short, no. You will receive a single confirmation email that will be required to set up your account. After that, you may get an invitation to opt into receiving communications from ID.me, but you aren’t required to sign up. To learn more about ID.me’s privacy policy click here.
