Klosterneuburg, 1 June 2022: Riding fun, safety and quality are what woom bikes are all about. The manufacturer of bikes for children and teens from Klosterneuburg, Austria, is now underscoring this fact with a special offer for its customers: a 10-year warranty on selected parts of all woom bikes purchased in the past two years.

"woom bikes are hugely popular and instill a love of cycling in so many children," says woom CEO and woom USA founder Mathias Ihlenfeld: "We now want to back up our quality promise to our customers with a 10-year warranty."

As of 1 June 2022, woom is extending its warranty for the benefit of its customers. The manufacturer now offers a 10-year warranty on the frame, rigid fork, handlebars, stem and cranks of newly purchased woom models. Even if the bike changes hands, the warranty remains valid. Existing customers can retroactively register bikes purchased within the last two years (original purchase date on or after 1 June 2020) for the warranty until 30 September 2022. Proof of the initial purchase of the bike is required to register on the woom website.

"When they decide for a woom bike, parents are not only getting a children's bike that impresses with its weight, handling, brakes and workmanship," says Ihlenfeld, "but they also have the absolute certainty – not least, thanks to the 10-year warranty – that their woom bike will be a faithful companion to their child for many years to come."

In good hands: at woom

woom is now one of the most prominent brands of children's bikes in the German-speaking countries and in the USA. With their ultra-light weight, child-tailored geometry and commitment to quality, woom bikes have revolutionized the children's bike market. Some 500,000 bikes had been sold worldwide by 2021. Just in April 2022, the manufacturer, which is active in more than 30 countries, launched its woom NOW, a product for children and teenagers with an urban lifestyle. The 10-year warranty is the latest service innovation from the Austrian children's bike experts.
