I spent the better part of eight months researching bikes for my son's first pedal bike. The first time I saw a woom bike in an REI location I could tell from a distance that it was a very well made bike. Knowing nothing about it, I checked the price tag and the price of bike confirmed it was nice, as it had a price to match. Over the months I went back and forth on whether to invest in a woom bike, or a less expensive alternative (also with very good reviews) because my son was very slow to warm up to biking in general. He never liked riding tricycles or scooters and was very late in getting comfortable with his balance bike, so part of me didn't want to spend $500 on his first pedal bike only to realize that he just wasn't going to ride it. I read reviews. I asked friends and family members. I asked bike nerds I knew. Almost everyone I asked said “Get the Woom,” even folks who had gone with another option. Finally I decided to take the plunge and I placed the order. Within 24 hours, my son's woom bike was on the way. I had it shipped to my office which is attached to a warehouse that gets 1-3 FedEx deliveries per day from the local hub. I figured this was safer, faster, and would keep the bike a surprise for my son. For a solid week, FedEx Tracking showed the bike was out for delivery. We got our regular FedEx deliveries, but the bike was never delivered, and the next day the delivery date would update. Frustrated, I tried to contact Fedex - nothing - so I called Woom to see if they could help out. Without hesitation, the customer service representative apologized, asked if UPS was more reliable in our area, and shipped a new bike which arrived next day. They then handled FedEx on the back-end and eventually had the original order routed back to their warehouse after it went for over three weeks without being delivered. Customer service like that is rare - so rare it was almost jarring. On Christmas Day, we gave our son his new bike. Hey was over the moon. He immediately strapped on his helmet and got on, and within 10 minutes, he was pedaling and riding on his own, surprising me and surprising himself in his confidence. He's been showing off his new bike and biking skills ever since. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I got this bike as a Christmas present for my 5 year old daughter. She has a very heavy small bike with training wheels that was passed down by a neighbor and a balance bike that was passed down from a family member. I was hesitant getting a real bike since she wasn't super interested in those lately but she LOVES this bike. She was riding like a pro in 20-30 minutes, no joke. She rode it down to the park and all her friends were very impressed she was riding without training wheels. My husband rolled his eyes at the cost but has not learned to question me on things like that anymore. He is pleasantly surprised (as normal) and has really enjoyed riding bikes with her. Looking forward to many great rides and passing this down to her younger siblings.
My daughter has a lightweight combination lock and as a result of two touches through the lock, we already have two chips, which I find very annoying. At that price, I would have expected more from the quality. I have a bike myself, something like this hasn't happened to me yet. Of course, you can immediately see it at the top of the middle bar.
Hi Durdu, Thanks for your feedback and the picture. I was happy to check with our technicians and quality management for you internally. Unfortunately, paint chips can occur when something, such as a stone or other object, such as a bicycle lock, unhappily hits the edge of the frame and shows up as a paint chip as shown in the photo. In general, the paint is not covered by warranty. https://woom.com/de_AT/garantie Please contact our customer service directly. Depending on the color of your bike (red or anniversary), we can offer you a touch-up pen as a gesture of goodwill or our brand new reflective stickers with which you can embellish the area. Since our bikes are made of aluminum, there is no risk of corrosion. Greetings your WOOM team
The bike is really cleverly designed with great attention to detail. It is well made, looks good and the price is reasonable. I can't think of anything that could be improved here.
Our son was THRILLED to receive this bike for his fourth birthday, and my husband was thrilled with how easy it was to assemble :)
After a few years on balance bikes, both my twins were able to pedal on these bikes within minutes. For a year, we delayed getting them pedal bikes because they couldn't get the motion down with the strength needed to move forward. These bikes made it easy!
Our daughter loves cycling, she has already started Woom 2 and learned to ride a bike within an hour. The Woom wheels are super light and of top quality. Keep it up!
My daughter and we are very satisfied
The Woom Go 3 is simply fantastic! Our child gets along really well with the lightweight frame, it's really fun to drive and the color is a real eye-catcher. The infinitely adjustable saddle and handlebar heights, which allow the bike to “grow” with the child, are particularly practical. The tires also offer good grip on various surfaces, and the high-quality workmanship ensures an all-round safe driving experience. A great bike for little explorers — we absolutely love it!
We recently got woom bikes for all 3 girls in the family and they are now obsessed! We got 2 woom3's for the littles and a woom6 for my older daughter. woom goes above and beyond by designing bikes with the rider in mind. The woom3's are lightweight which made it a lot easier to ride and less scary for my little girls who were just learning and building their confidence. It hasn't even been 6months and they ride them everywhere now. It took them barely anytime to pick it up.If you are looking for a bike that's actually designed for kids and not jus a mini version of your adult bike this is it!
