Shipping Information
We charge shipping expenses per bike, and offer ground and expedited shipping options. The size of the bike and destination will affect the shipping rates.
At this time, we generally cannot ship bikes to P.O. boxes. Please contact CX for clarification and/or assistance regarding a solution if you live in a rural area where package carriers are authorized to deliver to your P.O. box.
For those shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO, please allow extra time. The USPS provides an estimated transit time of 30-45 business days (or more, depending on extenuating circumstances). Please plan accordingly. In addition, we highly recommend checking with your post office for size or weight restrictions prior to ordering.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.
For all domestic orders bound for the contiguous United States (a.k.a. Lower 48 and D.C.), the following shipping expenses will apply, per bike:

NOTE: Due to air freight limitations with the FAZUA battery, we cannot ship the woom UP to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories. We can ship to Canada via ground shipping at a variable price that will be calculated at checkout
Additional shipping rate information:
- Shipping rates are per bike, so orders containing multiple bikes will have multiple shipping fees.
- At this time, there are no expedited shipping options for accessories, apparel, or spare parts.
- Orders containing a bike and other accessories will not be charged an additional $5.
- Orders consisting solely of accessories, apparel, or spare parts will incur at least a $5 standard shipping fee.
- Exceptions include the READY Kids' Helmet, the KIDS’ Helmet, and the woom 2 FREEWHEEL Kit, each of which includes a $10 shipping fee (unless ordered in combination with a bike).
