Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions applicable to woom Digital Gift Cards. By purchasing a Gift Card you accept these terms and conditions.

Gift Cards, Redemption.
woom issues Gift Cards in various amounts which are available for purchase online. Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of products available at the time of redemption on the same woom website as the Gift Card was bought at. (e.g If the Gift Card was bought on the US woom website it can only be redeemed on the same site). To redeem the Gift Card you have to enter the Gift Card Code at checkout. If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card credit, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. No fees apply to Gift Cards. Gift Cards have no expiration dates. You may check the balance on your Gift Card by either clicking “View gift card balance” in the email with a gift card code, or  contacting our Customer Experience team. Should you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be (partially) credited to the Gift Card for a maximum of the amount originally charged for the product.

Limitations.
Gift Cards can not be used for the purchase of other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be canceled or returned after purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by applicable law). Gift Cards purchased on-line can only be used for on-line purchases, and not at any shops, and can only be used in the same country webshop as the Gift Card has been purchased.

Violation of Terms 

By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to woom. woom reserves the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without a refund if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. woom is not responsible for stolen Gift Card Codes. We cannot take any responsibility for wrong email addresses or lost Gift Card Codes. In this case please get in touch with our customer service, and we will do our best to find a solution but we cannot be held responsible and we will not guarantee to be able to replace the Gift Card in such cases. 

Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
