All woom Riders Club members can apply to join product tests. You apply by filling in a form.

Of course! We hope you love it and take it on all kinds of adventures.

The details you provide to apply for product tests – with the exception of your first name – will be treated as strictly confidential. They will not be used for marketing purposes outside of the woom Riders Club and they will not be shared with third parties. We will be able to publish your product feedback and any photos and videos you send us on all woom channels (website, social media, emails) without any limitation on the time or place.

Our product testers are selected at random. We send them the product straight to their home address so they can put it through its paces in everyday situations. In return, we ask them to provide us with product feedback along with photos and/or videos of the product in action – these can just be taken on a smartphone. There's no need to worry about editing the photos or videos.

Children must not be identifiable in any photos or videos – their faces could be blurred or covered with an emoji, for example.
