First, let me emphasize that we absolutely love the bike. My 10-year-old daughter is thrilled with it, and it's been a fantastic experience overall. That said, there are a few areas where I think the product could be improved: - I would really prefer not to have a proprietary charging interface for the battery. Having to carry the dedicated charger everywhere is less convenient than being able to use a standard high-wattage USB-C charger. It also makes purchasing a second charger unnecessarily expensive, as replacements cost well over €100. - Requiring the battery to be removed for charging is somewhat inconvenient. I understand the cost-saving rationale, but my daughter struggles with both removing and, especially, reinstalling the battery. The connection at the bottom can be difficult to align and engage properly. - It would be great if the battery were integrated into the frame. I realize this would likely increase the cost, but with the current design we feel compelled to remove the battery whenever the bike is parked in a public place to reduce the risk of theft. Overall, these are relatively minor concerns compared to how much we enjoy the bike, but I wanted to share them as constructive feedback for future iterations.
