woom offers free shipping to Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK on orders over €99. Shipping for orders under €99 costs €5.

woom has dedicated online shops for certain countries, including Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. Make sure that you're in the relevant country shop when placing your order. If you wish to place an order for a country that doesn't have its own woom shop, please order through the international shop.

For all other countries, shipping costs are based on your order total:

Please note: Orders shipped to Channel Islands from U.K. are treated as exports/imports. The recipient is responsible, as the importer, for completion of any import documents and payment of any local taxes and duties.
Sweden
woom offers free shipping to Sweden on orders over 999 SEK. Shipping for orders under 999 SEK costs 55 SEK.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is free when you spend over CHF 99. Shipping for orders under CHF 99 costs CHF 5*.
You will not have to pay any export, import or customs duties. We will cover the cost of sending items back to us if you want to return or exchange them or if they were damaged during shipping.
* The actual shipping costs will depend on the EUR/CHF exchange rate on the day you place your order and so may vary slightly.
