How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 days depending on your location. Shipping information for specific locations can be found here. 

How long do I have if I want to return the gift I purchased?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us free of charge until 31 January 2026 from inside the EU. If you live in a country that's not in the EU (Switzerland, the UK or Norway), please get in touch with our customer service team.

How do I contact woom if I have a question?

You can contact us by phone between 9am and 4pm on Monday to Friday by calling +43 1 358 58 03. Alternatively, you can send us a message using our contact form.

What is the warranty on bikes I purchase?

We provide an automatic 24 month warranty on new bikes as standard in the event of material defects and production faults. The warranty is active from the day of purchase. 

As a member of the woom Riders Club, get extra peace of mind by registering your woom bike in our 10-year warranty scheme, plus swift and simple communication concerning your warranty.
