We've been riding woom bikes since our children first started mountain biking, and the woom OFF AIR continues to impress. It's been the perfect companion on our family's trail adventures – reliable, lightweight, and built with quality that truly stands out.The first thing that struck us was how incredibly light the OFF AIR is. For kids, especially those just gaining confidence off-road, the lightweight frame makes all the difference. It’s easy to maneuver and control, which means more fun and fewer frustrations on the trail. The air suspension fork is a game-changer. It smooths out bumps and rougher sections of the trail without overwhelming young riders. Our kids instantly felt more confident, and it’s been amazing to see their skills grow on a bike that supports them at every step. From the thoughtful geometry to the high-quality components, everything about the woom OFF AIR feels well-designed for younger riders. Shifting is smooth, braking is responsive, and the overall ride quality is just... dialed in.As a family that’s been riding woom bikes for years, we can confidently say the OFF AIR continues the tradition of excellence. It’s a bike our kids want to ride, and one we feel great about putting them on. Couldn’t recommend it more as always, super fast shipping and quick assembly.

other than a couple of problems with the front fork, we have had a great experience! We bought our son a dropper post for christmas for this bikee, and the specs were very helpful! great job woom
Bike looks great and was certainly reasonably priced for the level of build quality, I would go as fart to say that for the money it competes with bikes in a much higher price point. The only negative thing that I will say is the front brake barely works (feels spongy and sometimes pulls to the grip without working). I suspect air in the lines from the shipping process as the rotor spacer was still in place and the brakes were never pulled with nothing between the pads. The fact I had to have it shipped means there is no support after the purchase to get this repaired so I will have to do it myself. This was my 3rd Woom purchase and 2 of the 3 purchases had minor issues needing correction upon arrival. Thanks,KD
Bought the his for my very light 13y old son. He has always struggled with heavy bikes. He loves the bike! Bigger air, faster turns and easier climbing. Also… the bike came with a bent derailed hanger and I spoke with customer service, they suggested I take it to be looked at by a bike mechanic. I took it to REI and the tech fixed it for free. Great experience so far…
Solid bike high quality steal for the price
