I got the Woom up 5 for my 8 year old birthday. I was quite excited about it, but it seems that the bike came damaged. The back derailer was bent and the front part had scratches on it. Some parts were missing (the hex to assemble the bike). I'm trying to get a response from customer service on support (they were quick to respond when I was buying the bike, but are taking time on post sales service). Be attentive when you receive your bike if it's really in good conditions, seems that could be a hit or miss. I also got the Woom 4 go for my younger son and it was a big success, he really enjoyed it.
