If you're not happy with your bike purchase, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days. Accessories can also be returned within 30 days, but return shipping costs apply.

What is the warranty on bikes I purchase?

We provide an automatic 24 month warranty on new bikes as standard in the event of material defects and production faults. The warranty is active from the day of purchase.
