We ordered the Woom 2 from the online shop and expected a correspondingly high-quality and flawless delivery due to the higher price segment. However, several problems arose immediately after assembly: When the pedals were pressed, a distinct grinding sound was heard. The cause was a crooked rear wheel, which we had to correct ourselves. We then noticed that the brake was jamming. Here, too, troubleshooting was necessary — in the end, it was because the brake cable was not correctly attached to the handle. Having fixed these deficiencies on our own, the bike is now working as intended. Nevertheless, we are disappointed overall that a product in this price range is delivered with such avoidable assembly errors.
