The bike is not tuned. The brakes were tied to the brake wire too close and the breaks were applied by default, had to take to REI to get them loose. Freewheel and Coaster wheel have different nuts/bolts configuration making them inconsistent. Shameful you need different tools to fix them. The seat doesn’t come out, but the videos say it does. Why a German manual and too much detail where nothing matches woom 2 configuration. Make it simple. German Bike, Poor Quality Delivered, I had high expectations. Get ready to shell out $100 extra to tune the bike.

The bike is marketed as some premium product for new riders, but the default coaster brake wheel it comes with makes it nearly unusable for a child actually learning to pedal. At almost $500 after tax and shipping, it is pretty outrageous you then need to spend even more money and time purchasing and installing a separate “freewheel” kit just to make the bike functional. Without the freewheel, my kid (and same with all his friends who have the same bike) constantly trigger the brake when trying to push the pedals, leading to constant falls/unexpected braking and ending up completely discouraged. It feels like a shady cash grab to need an additional upgrade on an already expensive children’s bike to make it usable and salvage your kid’s interest in learning to ride. I was so disappointed the day we gifted this to our kid.

The bike was delivered quickly and is exactly as described. Our child had a balance bike before and was able to maintain his balance quite well. That's why we didn't install any training wheels on the woom. Within a few days, he was able to ride a bike perfectly. During the learning process, I realized how important this steering angle limiter was, which certainly saved it from many falls. I also really like the fact that the child size is specified in the description of the respective bike. So you know immediately which bike you have to take and you don't have to deal with inch sizes and the like first.

The bike is sturdy and seems like It will be good. I am extremely disappointed in the bright pink color. It looks more red than pink. Evenly 3 1//2 year old granddaughter says it is not really pink. It looks nothing like The picture. She had the purple woom 1 and it was beautiful.

All three of my kids ride Woom bikes — and they learned it all by themselves! We are absolutely thrilled: The quality is excellent, the wheels are super light and perfect for children. There is nothing better for us!

Excellent. Our 2nd child transitioned from balance bike to WOOM2 at 3 years old and within a week is pedaling around the neighborhood. Incredible. My only regret is wishing that we had had one for our 7 year old, who just finally learned to pedal a bike one month ago. (The drama. The fears. The struggle. The suffering.)

We ordered the Woom 2 from the online shop and expected a correspondingly high-quality and flawless delivery due to the higher price segment. However, several problems arose immediately after assembly: When the pedals were pressed, a distinct grinding sound was heard. The cause was a crooked rear wheel, which we had to correct ourselves. We then noticed that the brake was jamming. Here, too, troubleshooting was necessary — in the end, it was because the brake cable was not correctly attached to the handle. Having fixed these deficiencies on our own, the bike is now working as intended. Nevertheless, we are disappointed overall that a product in this price range is delivered with such avoidable assembly errors.

We are SO happy with our powder pink Woom bike for our 4 year old daughter. She’s on the shorter side for her age (4 years old, 37 inches tall) and had been really struggling to learn how to ride on the cheaper bikes we tried over the past year. Honestly, it was frustrating for all of us and she was starting to lose confidence. This bike completely changed everything. It’s so lightweight, easy for her to control, and just fits her body so much better. Within a short time, she went from hesitant and discouraged to confident and actually excited to ride. It’s been amazing to watch. Also a huge bonus—we were able to use our FSA funds for the purchase, AND they offer a military discount, which made it feel even more worth it. If your child is struggling to learn, especially if they’re on the smaller side, this bike is 100% worth considering. Total game changer for us

Our 3-1/2 year old son was full of anticipation when he found out that he was getting a bike. Most recently on a balance bike and a real cyclist since day 1. He climbed up and was able to get started right away. This was worth it even though he will need another model in about 2-3 years, as we still have two smaller children who will definitely be traveling with this bike as well. Thanks woom, highly recommended.

It's a pleasure to set it up because you can see how well thought-out and valuable this bike is. Super quality, easy to use My daughter loves her pink bike and learning to ride it goes by itself. The speaker is also really very good and practical. My next children's bike will definitely be a Woom again.

A very nice and absolutely brilliant children's bike

We love these bikes! My son started on a Woom 1, loved it, out grew it, so we bought the Woom 2. The larger size took him some time to adjust to and master. Once his confidence was there, he asked to put the pedals on. To our surprise within 10 minutes he was pedaling all on his own!!!! I don’t typically write reviews, but this is a great quality product and my 3.5 year old is proudly riding his bike all over!

My daughter has only turned three and she was able to ride on her own after just 3 days and we are very happy because the bike is not heavy and is easy to steer. We are very satisfied and would recommend it to everyone

My granddaughter loves this bike ! She quickly adjusted from the basic Go to the Go 2. So much better than training wheels
