Get your woom EXPLORE e ready to ride!
In this video, our mechanic Martin shows you how to assemble the woom EXPLORE – and the same steps apply to the woom EXPLORE e. You just need to insert the charged battery and connect the cable at the end and your child will be good to go!
The MAHLE drive system provides just the right amount of power, without overwhelming your child or accelerating all of a sudden. Instead, the assistance is intuitive and smooth, supporting your child's natural movements. So you can rest assured that they're as safe as can be whenever they're out on their bike.
Child-appropriate modes
The three support modes meet the abilities and needs of children to perfection. You can control them by pressing the button on the battery or using the MAHLE SmartBike app. With no distracting display on the handlebars, your child can stay focused on the ride.
Ultralight removable battery
Weighing in at just 1.2 kg, the battery for the woom EXPLORE e is lighter than light. It sits on the outside of the frame, making it easy to remove and put back again. And what about charging it? Just grab your USB-C cable. Assistance is provided up to 25 km/h and can run at the lowest level for up to 50 km.

Our woom bikes don't come with any additional accessories. We automatically ship all woom bikes from size 2 and upwards within Austria only with a bell to ensure compliance with the law. You can find useful extras, including kickstands and mudguards, in our online shop.

If your child plans on cycling on public roads and streets, their woom bike may need to meet certain standard requirements before it can be considered legal in your country of residence. In many countries, bikes must be equipped with a bike bell, front and rear lights, and wide-angle Z reflectors. As rules for cyclists and their equipment vary from country to country, find out about the regulations applicable to riding a woom bike in road traffic in your country or region, particularly regarding the use of lights, reflectors and other obligatory safety equipment.
Our standard 2-year warranty applies to the frame and components automatically from the day you purchase your woom bike. Members of our woom Riders Club can extend the warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free by registering their bike within 9 weeks of buying it.
