How do I sign up for the woom Riders Club?

Submit your email address on our website to sign up for the woom Riders Club. We will send you a one-time log-in code to create your profile. You can then complete your profile and start enjoying the membership benefits of the woom Riders Club. 

What's the difference between the woom newsletter and the woom Riders Club?

You've got to be a member of the woom Riders Club in order to unlock all the benefits listed above. As a newsletter subscriber, you can look forward to new product updates, top tips and tricks for cycling with children, and a whole lot of other magic moments being delivered straight to your inbox. 

Can I claim the woom 10-year warranty without registering for the Riders Club?

Our 10-year warranty is exclusively for members of the woom Riders Club and only valid for new woom bikes that have not yet been registered. In order to extend your warranty for free, it's therefore necessary to sign up for the Riders Club. 

How can my young rider become a product tester?

Each time there's a product testing opportunity, all members of the woom Riders Club will be notified and able to submit a request to test the latest woom products. We will then pick a number of product testers at random out of all the submissions. Everyone that participates as a product tester will receive a thank you gift. 

Is it really totally free to join the Riders Club?

Yes, it won't cost you a thing to join the woom Riders Club. 

What advantages do I get as a member?

As a member of the woom Riders Club, you'll get a bunch of exclusive perks including the woom 10-year warranty, a yearly birthday present for your young rider, the opportunity to become a product tester, early access to new launches, and exclusive savings.

As a member of the Riders Club, do I still receive the newsletter?

You will automatically receive the woom newsletter provided you have consented to receiving marketing communication from us. This way, you won't miss out on any of our news.

How do I change the name or birth date of my young rider?

Don't worry if you made a mistake while registering their details. Our customer service team will be happy to rectify any errors or typos. You can email them at woom@woom.com.

Do I need a password? / How do I find my Riders Club password?

Each time you want to log in, we'll send a one time code (OTC) to the email address that you registered with. This way, you won't even need to remember a password.

I already have the woom 10-year warranty but I'm not a member of the Riders Club. What do I do now?

No problem! If you registered your woom bike and activated the woom 10-year warranty in the past, it will remain valid. Your pre-registered woom bike should be listed in your woom Riders Club profile.

All future woom bikes that you purchase must be registered in the woom Riders Club in order to extend the warranty. When you log into your profile, you'll have an overview of all the bikes you've registered.

Can I place a reserve order for products that are showing as unavailable?

No, but we do have a waiting list for sold-out bikes that you can add your name to. You do not have to be a member of the woom Riders Club to join a waiting list. Please be aware that your position on the waiting list does not automatically result in an order. We'll simply alert you as soon as the product is back in stock and you can then place an order. 

Can I end my membership of the Riders Club at any time? What do I need to do?

Yes, you can choose to leave the woom Riders Club at any moment by  clicking the checkbox in your profile.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter if I'm in the woom Riders Club?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by sending an email to woom@woom.com. Just be aware that the latest woom news will stop landing in your inbox once you've unsubscribed from the newsletter. You will still be able to receive your woom Riders Club notifications.

How do I redeem my voucher/gift?

As the date of your registered young rider's birthday approaches, we'll send you an email with full instructions on how to redeem your special gift. Just be aware that we only send birthday gifts to current members of the woom Riders Club.

Can I edit my delivery address for an existing order?

No, unfortunately not. For logistical reasons, we cannot update your address for any orders that are in process. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service.

Can I change my billing and/or delivery address?

You can change your address directly in your Riders Club profile at any point. Please be aware that any edits you make to your address today will have no impact on orders that are already in process. If you need to alter the address for an existing order, please contact our customer service team.

I made a mistake when registering our bike for the warranty. How can I correct this?
