FAQs about buying online

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 days depending on your location. Shipping information for specific locations can be found here. 

How long do I have if I want to return the gift I purchased?

If you buy a product from the woom online shop and you're not happy with it, you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU. If you live in a country that's not in the EU (Switzerland, the UK or Norway), please get in touch with our customer service team.

For purchases of the woom WOW, we've rolled out something extra special with an extended window of 60 days to send it back to us free of charge from within the EU. If you are outside the EU, please contact our customer service team.

How do I contact woom if I have a question?

You can contact us by phone between 9am and 4pm on Monday to Friday by calling +43 1 358 58 03. Alternatively, you can send us a message using our contact form.

What is the warranty on bikes I purchase?

We provide an automatic 24 month warranty on new bikes as standard in the event of material defects and production faults. The warranty is active from the day of purchase. 

As a member of the woom Riders Club, get extra peace of mind by registering your woom bike in our 10-year warranty scheme, plus swift and simple communication concerning your warranty.
