To receive your free name sticker, follow these steps:

3: Complete your purchase

Your chosen name can be a maximum of 14 characters, and cannot include numbers or special characters.

The customised name sticker will be delivered to you in a separate envelope from your bike box.

If you are ordering more than one bike, please place a separate order for each bike to receive the corresponding name stickers.

How can I get the free customised name sticker?

Simply choose your desired woom bike during the campaign period, and enter your child's name when prompted. The sticker will automatically be added to your order free of charge.

Which woom bikes are included in this promotion?

The promotion applies to all bike models in the WOW, GO, EXPLORE, OFF/OFF AIR, and EXPLOREe categories.

Why is the name input field required?

Every bike purchased comes with a personalised name sticker. Entering your name when placing an order is a necessary step to receive the sticker. 

What is the character limit for the name?

For space reasons, the name can be a maximum of 12 characters long. Numbers and special characters are not permitted.

When and how will the sticker be delivered?

The sticker will be shipped in a separate envelope from your bike.

When does the promotion run until?

You will be able to order your personalised stickers with your chosen woom bike until until 23:59 (CET) on 30 October 2026.
