Members of our woom Riders Club can extend the warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems and cranks to 10 years for free by registering their bike within 9 weeks of buying it.

Everything in the bike is perfectly designed. Quality is excelent. First woom was size 2 in our family. Now all three kids are driving bikes. Balance bikes are the key for success in kids cycling.
I would not recommend any other bikes than Woom.

Beautifully packed. Not counting unpacking, 10 min initial setup, if you know what you are doing. Derailleur and brakes were dialed in out of the box. Center front wheel carefully before doing much else.
None of that matters after the kid gets on the bike. Amazing fit and adjustment, clever. Geometry is totally kid-oriented letting the kid put a foot down while still getting full extension (and power) on the downstroke. The short crank arm keeps the kid from stressing the knee with a deep bend.
My daughter learned on a lousy heavy bike with the common but wrong geometry (basically looks like adult downhill MTN).
When she got on her new Christmas Woom, she was off and gone in a minute. Disc brakes are amazing.

This is the second woom I have purchased that has fitting issues. This time the left pedal won't fit. Fool me once...

Although the right pedal follows the righty tighty - lefty loosey rule, the left pedal is reverse threaded and will screw in going the opposite (counterclockwise) direction. Lightweight, excellent design and highest quality kids bikes
Love the Explore series and especially how light this bike is. In fact, it's even lighter than our son's previous 16in bike. The quality on these bikes are above any other kids bike I've seen and the parts are all carefully designed to be as simple as possible for kids. Even the helmet was significantly easier for our 6 year old to buckle himself. Highly recommend these bikes if you're looking for a well designed and quality kids bike.

Great bike with huge flaw
Great quality bike as to be expected by woom. Light but solid. We have been a woom family from the woom to now the explore 4. The twist/grip shifter is way too stiff. Upon some research online, it seems that woom has gone with a very cheap option that is not very suitable for the 6-8 yr olds this bike is made for. And it seems to be a common complaint online and not a particular issue with my bike or the way it was assembled.
