READY Kids' Helmet

Our three-year-old daughter has had the Woom helmet for four weeks. We particularly liked the design. Today she had a serious bicycle accident, the helmet is now messy but we are happy that we chose such a safe helmet and saved her from a worse head injury. Now I just need a new one;)

Wonderfully visible. Nice that the lettering and straps are reflective. Children can tighten the helmet at the back of their heads themselves. We still have some more stickers on it and love the helmet!

The helmet is great. It fits perfectly and is quickly ready for use. The clasp is easy to use We are very happy with the helmet.

We love the helmet! Unfortunately, the strap was broken to tighten the helmet. The complaint was quick, friendly and uncomplicated. So great and recommended!

We will be buying from Woom again!

Really nice bike helmet. We got it for free as a product tester (purple size. M) and am really happy about it. The quality is really good and it fits well. We're definitely going to buy one for my little sister when she gets her next helmet.

We bought this Woom helmet just 6 days ago because my daughter really wanted the Woom S in purple and it proved just how valuable it is. My daughter had a really serious accident during a bike ride, which even ended in an ambulance and hospital. She fell face first into rough gravel and rolled off several more times in the process. The whole extent was bad: She was bloody everywhere, is covered with hematomas, has a broken wrist and there was debris even around Woom 3. But the most important thing is: Thanks to this really excellent helmet, the head and face remained almost completely unharmed. She only had an abrasion on her chin. Even the doctors have specifically said how well the helmet protected. Apart from an injury to the chin, nothing happened on the face, not even the nose had a scratch. With such a serious fall, it's simply unbelievable for us. The helmet itself is now rubbish and has done exactly what it needs to do: protect when it matters. As soon as the cast is off, my daughter really wants to have that exact helmet again. And honestly: After this experience, there is nothing else for us anymore.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed and expected more from a helmet in this price range. They already had the previous model and were very satisfied with it. But now the adjustment system on the front of the helmet on the brand-new helmet (is only attached to the helmet with a click system) as soon as our child falls asleep on the back of the bike in the bicycle seat and leans their head. The adjustment system then slips onto the bridge of the nose and the helmet no longer fits. Head circumference 51 cm, helmet size S. On the way back from vacation I wanted to complain about the helmet, this is only possible via a contact form with a picture of the damage. I didn't take a picture on the road.

I particularly like the fact that the children can put on and close their helmets themselves. And the most important thing is that they no longer pinch their hair back!! THANKS ;-)

Unfortunately, the material on the front of the black cap dissolves after a few uses. Very disappointing and no response from customer service yet.

We bought an Explore 4 and the helmets for our 5th birthday twins. The bikes are great and we have 20 km - 25 km (!!) with them three days in a row on the long Easter weekend traveled. The bikes are definitely worth the money! The helmets are also great in principle. They are easy to put on and take off and fit really well without leaving pressure marks. BUT: On this (windy) day, a gust of wind knocked over a bike with a helmet during a rest. The helmet appears to have landed unfavorably. In any case, the polypropylene panel has already had an unsightly crack. I now wonder how durable the helmet will be if it falls out of the hands of the children one time or another? The initial quality impression is great - but we are now really disappointed with today's experience.
