Delivery Options

we currently offer standard delivery (delivered in 3-5 days) for all products and 2-day express delivery (delivered in 2-3 days) for our ORIGINAL bikes. The size of the bike and destination will affect the shipping rates for both standard and express delivery.

You can also choose to pickup your order from our Austin warehouse by selecting "Local Pickup" during checkout.

Shipping Rates

For all domestic orders bound for the contiguous United States (a.k.a. Lower 48 and D.C.), the following shipping expenses will apply, per bike:

NOTE: Due to air freight limitations with the FAZUA battery, we cannot ship the woom UP to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories. We can ship to Canada via ground shipping at a variable price that will be calculated at checkout

Additional shipping rate information:

Shipping rates are per bike, so orders containing multiple bikes will have multiple shipping fees.
Orders consisting solely of accessories, apparel, or spare parts will incur a $5 standard shipping fee.
At this time, there are no expedited shipping options for accessories, apparel, or spare parts.
Orders containing a bike and other accessories will not be charged an additional $5.
